President Mugabe read wrong speech at parliament opening.

The 91 year old Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe was on Tuesday at the parliament opening read out the wrong speech. It was said that it was the same speech which he read when addressing the nation on August 25.

According to his spokesman George  Charamba, who said the mix-up happened in his secretarial office. Charamba said President Mugabe would read the correct speech later at Harare hotel. Although, this incident has made his opposition question his fitness to rule.
