List Of Celebrities You Never Know Were Convicted Felons

From felony drug charges, weapons charges, and even assault, here's a surprising list of celebrities who are also convicted felons.

1. Christian Slater

It's hard to believe, but Christian Slater got into a LOT of trouble back in the day, including drunk driving, trying to board a plan with a concealed weapon in his luggage, and assaulting a police officer.

2. Stephen Fry

Stephen Fry actually once spent three months in prison for credit card fraud. Who knew? He was only 17 at the time, but he made the bad decision of going on a spending spree with a family friend's card. Whoops.

3. 50 Cent

50 Cent got into major trouble when he tried to sell drugs to an undercover police officer. That was one of two times he was charged with felony drug possession.

4. Yasmin Bleeth

It's true. The Baywatch babe was charged with felony drug possession in 2001. She was put on probation and sentenced to 100 hours of community service.

5. Mark Wahlberg

Also known as "Marky Mark," Mark Wahlberg was put in prison on charges of assault and attempted murder when he was younger. That all seems hard to believe now, doesn't it?

6. Chris Brown

Okay, so maybe you did know about this one, but we still needed to include it. Chris Brown was convicted of felony assault, but managed to get a plea deal to keep himself out of prison.

Probably best known for her role on Melrose Place, Amy Locane spent three years in prison after being convincted of vehicular homicide. Alcohol was definitely involved.

Okay, so chances are, you knew this one too, didn't you? Courtney Love has been convicted of both felony drug possession and felony assault.

9. Vince Neil

The Motley Crue frontman was convicted of vehicular manslaughter when he was involved in a car wreck that killed one of his bandmates. He was also charged with a DUI.

10. Danny Trejo

Known for his roles in From Dusk Til Dawn and Machete, Danny Trejo spent a lot of time in and out of jail when he was younger, from drug and weapons charges to assault. 

11. Mick Jagger

Mick Jagger was charged for drug possession along with Keith Richards. Both of them were sentenced to three years in prison, but the charges were later dropped.

Kimberly Jones, AKA Lil Kim, was sentences to one year in prison after committing perjury. She lied on the stand to protect a friend, which she admitted on the stand later.

Known for his roles in films like Cape Fear and The Thin Red Line, actor Nick Nolte was convicted for selling counterfeit documents in 1965.

14. Vanilla Ice

Best known for his song, "Ice Ice Baby," Vanilla Ice has gotten in trouble with the law plenty of times. He was arrested on a few occasions for assaulting his wife, and was also arrested for pulling a gun on a homeless man in 1991.

15. Robert Downey Jr.

Robert Downey Jr. is another celebrity who found himself in trouble with felon drug charges. He was arrested multiple times in the late nineties.

16. Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg has been arrested several times on charges of felony drug possession and gun possession. He was also once arrested for murder, but he was acquitted. 

17. Tim Allen

Hard to believe, right? Tim Allen spent two years in prison after being arrested for possession of cocaine in the 70s. he would have spent 7 years, but was able to get his sentence reduced.

18. Eminem

Rapper Eminem has gotten in trouble more than a few times. He was arrested for assault and possession of a concealed weapons. He was sentenced to one year of probabation with community service and a hefty fine.
