Ex- Minister Maduekwe Dies At 71

 

A former Minister, diplomat and politician, Chief Ojo Maduekwe is dead. He was 71.
The ex-minister was said to be at the airport to receive one of his children who graduated with honours abroad, where he suddenly developed health complications and was rushed to a private hospital in Asokoro District in Abuja.
He never made it as he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Chief Maduekwe, who held various position politically and also in government ministry was known to be devoted to his family and the cause of his country.  
Until his death, he was a proud and devoted father which he demonstrated before his death.

May his soul rest in peace.
