Starting Afresh

The air has become intense with a wind of the harmatan blowing gently.  Every one seems to have a thing or two on the list of something to do or achieve.  Many takes a look at the past and wish they did something different.  Others decided the past is gone and hope to do something better,  taking a resolution in the hope of achieving those things that held them bond, inadequate,  incapable  and purposeless. 
But...., very few actually go through with it(resolution), fighting all odds to get to their finish line. Its a battle, one to be won against self for the prosperity of both self and all.
In this battle and race, I may tend to fall but I will rise up not staying down, for I must fight and run it to the finish. Only then will I be a champion.  For this I am making the resolution to Start Afresh, regardless of the mistakes i have made, for another chance has come. What about you?
